⁣Film 3/3 produced for develop2connect, a sociocultural project to connect Georgians from all regions. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ In the second half of 2022, the West Georgian NGO ARGO and the East Georgian NGO ICPI held six workshops with Vasudeva e.V. (GER), which focused on Georgia's future prospects.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ The participants took part in personal development activities, which also addressed the social cohesion and economic development of the country.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ A special focus was on the active involvement of Abkhazians and South Ossetians. During the activities, statements and questions were developed, which were presented to a wide variety of people in podcast interviews. The results of the project are presented on the website develop2connect.com .

On the 9th of July 2023 traveling from Berlin to my hometown Oldenburg a storm arose, leading to a stoppage of the train for some hours before a full evacuation took place eventually.

This project has been initiated by us in collaboration with a local restaurant in order to raise awareness and respect towards homeless people. This film has been viewed over 1.000.000 times on Facebook within a week causing the homeless people in Oldenburg to be recognized on the street and to be given more attention and love. A part of our initiation was to invite 50 homeless people in Oldenburg to a 3 course dinner in the restaurant we've been collaborating with, which we did, as well as nominating a handful of other restaurants to do the same - creating a "challenge" or movement to result in longer lasting, positive effects for homeless people throughout the country. This mission of ours had been successful, leading different restaurants throughout Germany to supporting their local homeless people.

Bei diesem Projekt ist es wirklich schwierig für mich, meine Gefühle in Worte zu fassen. Genau 7 Tage lang haben meine Partnerin Julia und ich unsere gesamte Energie und Liebe in Konzeption, Dreh und Schnitt dieses Filmes gesteckt. Ich finde das Ergebnis magisch. Ihr auch? "Über Kopf" haben wir im Rahmen des Kurzfilmwettbewerbs Ausweg gesucht produziert. Danke Julia! Du bist ein besonderer Mensch - ohne dich wär der Film nur halb so gut. Danke Nelli!
